One question, I just my notary commission in VA approved. I also want to get into e-notary (RON) and become a Notary Signing Agent or Loan Signing Agent.
My question is : do I need to have an LLC for building this profession as a business?
I recommend it but it is not required.

I am so glad that I saw this video. I purchased your notary loan signing courses and have been a little hesitant to actually go out and get business because of the "Atorney state" thing. I am also afraid to fail! There I said it outloud! Thank you for the great video!

Excellent content. What electronic platform do you recommend for e-notary?
There are a lot of good platforms available and I would recommend vetting them all using our DIY RON guide for example Notarize, Blue Notary and Cyberizeit just name a few. www.notary2notary.com
Also I have another follow up question as well. If I want to register VA LLC, should be normal llc or a Professional LLC? Thank you for your advice on this.
It would be a regular LLC not the professional LLC for a notary business.
Thank you very much. I got my commission today from the Circuit court. That was a very easy process.
1. Order Notary Supplies - which is the best source or shop? Which one you recommend?
2. Start gaining as much knowledge as possible in this line to expand and grow my notary business
3. Start with in-person both offering to visit the signer or meet at secure place. - any recommendations?
4. Register and LLC and web domain (which I already did 😀) and work slowly to get that website up and running.
5. Registration for RON
6. Prepare for RON, with supplies, all digital stuff including, identity proofing, digital stamps, seals, digital certificates etc.
7. Research and see how I can do RON, by joining a company or set up on my own.
Any tips are whole heartedly welcome. Open to chatting with you 1:1.
