If you don't sweat a lot either naturally or through physical activity then showering once every 2 days is fine. If you naturally sweat a lot or have done some strenuous exercise then showering once a day is a must. If you shower twice a day there's a fair chance you are causing damage to your own skin.
Factsss, like I get if you personally move around a lot you most likely will shower every day but you really dont have to shower daily, a wash cloth for the necessary parts and change your clothes and your literally fine.
@@estimedelisca6006the really hot water is the part that’s bad. You are drying out your skin and constantly removing the protective oils. My acne was at its absolute worst when I took 2-3 showers a day. It wasn’t until my dermatologist told me to keep it to 1 a day that it got better.
I'm legit curious what she means by smelling once a month? What's different when she gets her period? Is that an hormonol thing which makes you sweat more?

Every 24. If a day is missed I’m upset and I have to shower on day 2 before 48. If I reach 48 hours it must be the weekend or something. It’s a must!

2 a day aint it chief but i hope at the very least you max out your showers to 3 minutes. More than that is not good
