Considering how, narratively, Kaido is as much of a filter as the Pacifistas were pre-timeskip, it means we should be encountering more and more Kaido level people in the future. I mean, the Seraphims are implied to be just as durable as Kaido even though they are only children for now and don't have haki. So imagine what they'll become. There's also Shanks, Mihawk and Blackbeard. Don't forget the Holy Knights as well as Garling. The Five Elder Stars and Imu are probably also on that level seeing how Sanji got no-diffed by Saturn who is also implied to be more powerful than Kizaru. We also have Elbaf warriors whose military was said to be the strongest in the world and capable of defeating Yonko crews, so there has to be a giant out there in Elbaf that's as strong as Kaido. In the future Kaido won't look so overwhelming anymore.
That's what I've been saying bruh, Kaido really isn't the end all be all, he's just one of the top tiers that we we've actually seen the true extents of their strength.
