Would it be possible to switch the covers, so say I wanted a tiger or panda skin, but I didn’t want it limited to just kids edition of echo dot, if I plug in those buttons on the actual skin part, being the top part, would it treat it like a regular alexa, or still a kids alexa

I found a way how to connect my own sub to my echo show 8 from opening it and run a few wires, is that illegal if I share a video on that.? I have my own 10 inch sub, Tanoy and I am sure the quality is better than amazon own sub.
É pq assim geralmente uma Alexa que dá problema ela nem sempre é devolvida as vezes eles reembolsam o valor do produto pra vc comprar outra igual ou outra coisa e eles pegam a que você já tem e inutilizam ela, via wi-fi, e ela não funciona mais pra nada então algumas pessoas usam pra fazer esse tipo de vídeo, tipo eu tô com uma terceira geração aqui em casa inútil pq ocorreu isso que eu te descrevi acima

Echo 4,not echo dot 4. It's the bigger one it has the sensor and 3 more speakers

Just use double sided ducktape or any kind of removable adhesive - in case you need to take it apart again
