Probably the first time that a production saber is made SMALLER than the on-screen one, because frankly, the ones in the show were about the size of a Thermos flask!
I think they made them that way to resemble the galaxy edge lightsabers they sell at the theme park
Naw the reasoning being they give is its the high republic way before so tec wasn't as refined in show but yes to just sell in edge but the tec they put in em as well
@@midnightthinker5479 tech was better during the high republic, so no you’re wrong about that. During the modern Jedi era the Jedi have lost a lot of technology and understanding of the High Republic. The sabers are bulky because Disney wants them to identical to galaxy edge sabers they sell at the theme park.
The beep sound is SUUUUUUUUPER helpful. I love it because it helps me navigate the sounds and effects.
Personally I like the thinner lore accurate version vs something that looks like it belongs at Disneyland.

I have this hilt from a different vendor, in Xenopixel and the heat treated emitter looks exactly the same, shorter on one side. I'm guessing this is done by the manufacturer of the empty hilt.
It's a bit heavier than I was expecting, but glad it's not a chunky as in the show.

I'm the same way, their were things I like and didn't like about the show, but some people just take it too far at times.

@@SirJamesIGamerfuzion Exactly, I have my own issues with the sequels, I have my own issues with the Kenobi show, but these people like, I don't want mention names, but people like Drunk3PO takes it a little to far in their negativity, In 1 of his videos, he had this comic bubble on it saying "Execute Order 66 Chicken Nuggets" on the overweight jedi padawan for the episode 2 of the Acolyte, to me that was insulting an over weighted person, but for him he doesn't care if it's insulting or not, to me it shows that even a overweight person can be a Jedi, to him its just a joke to make fun of.

@@Electiger-y5k I actually didn’t enjoy the show if you knew anything about me or what I do I’m always provide my honest opinion as I said there was a couple things I like many things I didn’t I could care less about losing subscribers I already reached my dream goal on this channel after all this is nothing more then just a hobby for me not my job
