@Sam Neyo is just emotionless and doesn't care whether his fellow clones live or die in missions but Faie on the other hand is flat out crazy in every step of the way. When order 66 was initiated he ordered one of the Juggernaut tanks to fire on Vos who was sitting on another Juggernaut tank and didn't care if the other clones died as long as the jedi perished (and if you didn't know Juggernaut tanks can hold alot of clone trooper passengers for transport) and after the tank gets destroyed Quin Lon Vos survives the attack and retreats into the jungles of Kashyyk where Faie hunts him down with a squad of troopers. Vos kills off the clone scout troopers while Faie survives then the crazy commander decides to threaten to order an orbital bombardment on his position which most likely inhabitated many wookies in the area which would end up killing Vos, Faie and every other living thing in the area. Of course this doesn't end up happening since Vos ends up killing Faie but the fact that he was willing to do all of that just to kill Quin lon Vos only shows how out of his mind he was, it also doesn't help he fact that they never liked each other from the start either even before order 66.

I don't blame the clones for anything they did in a way they became more like droids with those chips and couldn't help it. You saw both rex and jesse struggle in S7 of clone wars that they both didn't want to kill Ahsoka. It's those chips never the clones fault at all.
Some clones didn't really care though. Rex and Jesse had relationships with Ahsoka, they viewed her like a little sister, so they were able to somewhat hesitate. But for clones that weren't previously attached to their commanders, it probably wasn't much of a struggle. You have to remember that the clones arent necessarily saints, they were made to follow orders, if their orders from the beginning had been to kill civilians and bombard planets they would've done it too, they were just under the command of moral people (except Palpatine) so that never happened until the Empire took complete control.
@@thecollector4332 from my pov the chips are better, because almost no way are most of the clones gonna kill their officers/generals/commanders, etc. of their own free will when the order came through, especially considering they served with those generals on the battlefield, maintained relationships with them, etc. Atleast the chips give viable reason for all the clones turning on them like droids, compared to roughly all of them doing it of their "own free will."
