      I think the only beings in the galaxy who’d even have a chance at entirely defeating the clones for good would be their creators, the Kaminoans, purely because they have the genetic material for one clone, therefore they have the genetic material for all the clones (save a handful who discovered their inhibitor chips and had them removed prior to the Galactic Empire) so really, all it would take is a minor rewrite of the code to include a deadly virus, and then continue producing clones, and have pre-made clones go through a sort of “update” for their inhibitor chips, which in reality would be planting the virus into their bodies

      The IRL reason was probably because that’s the time between Attack of The Clones and Revenge of The Sith but the in-universe reason was probably that with a war on a galaxy-wide scale it doesn’t take too long to deplete either side’s resources and leave their citizens tired and ready for the war to end. Remember, The Republic was already on the verge of bankruptcy by year 2 and had to deregulate the banks in order to purchase more clones to replace their already dwindling army.

    About the ARC Troopers, I like to think that they have a mix of the types seen in both Legends and Canon. Like, maybe the first class of ARCs were comprised of Clones trained by Jango himself, and then they passed down his teachings to those who were proven worthy to stand alongside them and carry that mantle, like Fives and Echo.

    • @chopper3940
      @chopper3940 Год назад

      You may like to think so, but it's not true.
      The first batches of Null and Alpha clones were trained by Mandalorians and were the most powerful fighting unit in the clone army.
      ARC recruits like Fives were not even close to ARF clones, let alone full-fledged ARCs. These recruits were almost no different from ordinary clones.

  • @timderoche7838
    @timderoche7838 2 года назад +25

    The clone Arc troopers explanation still works with both, the original Arcs were created by the kaminoans and they didn't modify much, after the Arcs they modified the genome quite a bit more towards obeying and what not, NEW Arcs were chosen to fill the ranks of lost Arcs as Jango was dead and Boba was lost to the Kaminoans(you know they'd have used the unaltered Jango genome without regard for Bobas wishes, from their perspective he is a product they made, after all)

    • @chopper3940
      @chopper3940 Год назад

      ARC recruiters were not selected to take the place of full ARCs.
      ARC recruits were far from being as powerful as ARF clones, what can we say about full-fledged ARCs. And they were used purely as infantry, no different from ordinary clones.

      While ARC Troopers (Advanced Reconnaissance Commandos) would fill the role of covert operations behind enemy lines such as destroying key defenses, sabotaging production, destroying supplies, assassinating or kidnapping VIP’s, and if need be, destroying entire enemy units by themselves or in a small group.

    I just had a theory about something what if the Darksaber isn’t actually a lightsaber it just acts like one and the crystal inside of it isn’t a crystal at all but like some kind of power source that activates the blade this could explain why there’s no explanation as to how a kyber crystal turns black and why most people have such an easy time wielding the blade while others who have never held a sword before find it incredibly difficult to carry it and while yes Tarre Vizsla was a Mandalorian Jedi he probably didn’t like the regular Jedi lightsabers which is why every other Mandalorain claims he created the Darksaber but the word they prefer is forged and from what we’ve seen from the Mandalorian tv show they’re very good at creating weapons and armor and according to Din Djarin the hilt of the blade is actually made of Beskar

      @Galvatron_Studios 2 года назад

      @@bostonrailfan2427 I guess you can put it like that and the shape of the blade is nothing like a traditional lightsaber that’s for sure probably further evidence the Darksaber is not a real lightsaber

    I have a question: during the clone Wars, was there a unit of clones who's commanding officer wasn't a Jedi?
    Simply put: was there a clone legion that was led by another clone, and not a Jedi?

      Taking into account the fact that by the end of the war there were more than 30 billion clones, and the total number of Jedi was about 10 thousand, and only a small part of them were appointed as generals, then there were a huge number of units under the direct command of the Jedi.
