അച്ഛന്റെ പ്രബോധനങ്ങളോട് എനിക്ക് വിയോജിപ്പുണ്ട്. മക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ബാല്യം കടന്ന് കൗമാരത്തിലേക്കും യൗവ്വനത്തിലും എത്തുമ്പോൾ അവർ ആദ്ധ്യാത്മികതയിൽ നിന്നും അകന്ന് മുഴുവൻ സമയവും ഭൗതികമായ സന്തോഷത്തിൽ ചെലവഴിക്കുന്നത് ഇപ്പോൾ സർവ്വസാധാരണമാണ്. അതിനെ നിങ്ങൾ അച്ഛൻമാർ പൊതുവേ മാതാപിതാക്കളെ ആണ് പഴിചാരുന്നത് .
അതു തെറ്റാണ്
കുടുംബ സംബന്ധമായ നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രബോധനങ്ങളിൽ പഠനം മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂ, അനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ സമ്പത്ത് ഇല്ല. മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയില്ലായ്മ കൊണ്ടാണ് മക്കൾ വഴിതെറ്റുന്നത് എന്ന് അച്ഛൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അതു നൂറുശതമാനവും തെറ്റാണെന്ന് എന്റെ ജീവിത അനുഭവം കൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ പറയും
എന്റെ മൂന്നു ആൺമക്കൾ അവർ സംസാരിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയ നാൾ മുതൽ സഭയോട് ചേർന്ന്, കൂദാശ കളിലും കുടുംബ പ്രാർത്ഥനകളിലും ബൈബിൾ വായന കളിലും എല്ലാം നല്ല ട്രെയിനിങ് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ അവർ യൗവനത്തിലേക്ക് കാലെടുത്തുവച്ച നിമിഷം ആത്മീയതയിൽ നിന്നും അകന്നു ധിക്കാരത്തിന്റെയും, ധാർഷ്ട്യത്തിന് യും ഭാഷ പഠിച്ച് അനുസരണക്കേട്, കൂട്ടുകെട്ട്, മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ എന്ന ലോകത്തിലാണ്.
എന്നാൽ ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ആകുലതകൾ ഞങ്ങൾ ചുമക്കുന്നില്ല. കാരണം ഈശോ അത് ഏറ്റെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇത് അവരുടെ ഒരു താൽക്കാലിക അവസ്ഥ മാത്രം അവർ തിരിച്ചുവരുമെന്ന് തീർച്ചയായും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉറപ്പുണ്ട്
ഈ എഴുതുന്ന ഞാനും എന്റെ ഭാര്യയും ഭൗതിക ജീവിതത്തിലെ കാൾ ഉപരി നിത്യജീവൻ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കിയുള്ള ജീവിതക്രമം രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയ വരാണ്
