Hi! It's made of foam board from the dollar store! I literally ripped out 3 different sizes of platforms. The ripping gives it a nice raw edge. Then using the leftover foamboard I made x shaped spacers maybe about 2 inches tall and hot glued + taped them in between each platform. Then I added blue paint using only a napkin. The paint ends up distorting the shape of the foamboard a little but I actually think it helps add to the overall look if it! :) Hope that helped, have fun! Xo
