I remember when my grandfather told me how he at age 5, and his mother, went into the woods to dig up the body of my partisan great-grandfather. A few years ago I did some research for my high school project and I found out that my great-father had 4brothers and all of them were killed, only days in between.
So that's why, this song/video is so important to me.

These days I can go without enemies
We're killing off the option to make amends
Oh darling, sometimes theres no such thing as more than friends
Let's take what we can before it ends
    Nobody loves me like you
    Nobody loves me like you
Settling is the sin of a dying man
Comfort in exchange for the promise land
Waiting for the other to break open

Hope LOWROARMUSIC sees this :). Hi, I'm Algirdas, 15 years old from Vilnius (Lithuania's capital). I'm an young actor. Recently I had a possibility to act in a new show. The background music was your's ,,Breathe In,, me and my friends loved it, the song just knew when to get louder or quieter, it was amazing. Since then I've been loving your music. And then, just today i saw your new song. I was blown away, my grampa was sent away to Siberia, and then at the end I saw a familiar face. It really was a Lithuanian actor Saulius Siparis then i read the description and i was amazed. I almost exploded from the feelings i got. It is truly amazing. Can't wait for your new song ! Lots of love ! -Biggest Fan Algirdas.

Tell me about it. SO MANY people, myself included, discovered Low Roar because Kojima just so happened to hear them in a store. A single chance happening that allowed the beauty of their music to be hear by countless people.
I am actually playing through the games story for the third time because that’s how much I love the moments where I’m walking through a desolate landscape and a song by Low Roar drowns out everything else. I slow down to a crawl and take my time delivering to the next prepper, while taking in the music, the scenery, and the whole overall experience

The story is about the times when people's true pure love was deadly because of the circumstances that surrounded it. Our protagonists saw it as the only thing to believe in. It's a story about Anne and Joseph's love. A different kind of love that is stronger than human's life. The film is about partisan who tries to come back to the love of his life. His name is Joseph and he fights in resistance movement against Soviet oppression. Joseph is forced to see Anne secretly in the woods because they live in an occupied country. As Joseph finishes his mission and finally gets back to her he faces a fatal ambush which leads to his assassination. Inevitable death forces him to make a solemn decision... The story is inspired by Juozas Luksa, one of the most prominent post-World War II leaders of the Lithuanian partisans, the anti-Soviet armed resistance, life and his writings, but the film it's not about him.

@@elijahdominguez6366 Probably she wanted him to avoid cruel torture by the Soviets that could lead to betrayal of comrades. Lithuanian partisans used to always carry one grenade for themselves to blow below their chin in case they're surrounded with no way out. This was because of two reasons, first to avoid capture, as I said above. Second was to avoid humiliation, because the Soviets used to drag dead bodies of partisans to the streets and main squares of their hometowns and expose them like trophies, leaving them to rot there for weeks or months to break the will of resistance. But there was no point of exposing headless/faceless body. I cant imagine what their parents felt when they walked the streets every day and saw a slowly decaying body of their child.. That's how the Soviets ''liberated'' us lithuanians after WWII..

@@rokasvalickas9686 wow, that's gruesome and barbaric. I had no idea the Soviets were that brutal to the people they were suppose to be liberating.
