I love how quiet and empty it is while you are walking around. I was also saying in my head "the big pavers are so slippery" right before you called that out. I think we'll make our way back over there this year on the way to family.
Yes we love walking over there in the morning before most things are open. I'm sure that's not everyone's cup of tea, but we enjoy it! Yes those big pavers look nice but not sure how practical they are. They have to power wash them all the time and they are definitely slippery when wet (album pun intended). Feel free to give us a holler if you head this way!
It's so neat to see all the new at Broadway! We did see the new pavers that were installed. I love them! It's great that they are doing all these upgrades to the older section to blend in twith the new section. We do plan to visit when we come in April. I cant wait to see everything. I'm hoping to visit the aquarium too! I live seeing the cats around too! We saw 1 around the aquarium under the bridge area. He was black and white. 😉😊💖
Me and my family love Broadway at the beach the hangout is our go to spot but we haven't seen all of Broadway at the beach but we will be there in 2024 we are from lima ohio and love myrtle beach thanks for sharing your video

I was at Broadway at the Beach this past October. Hadn't been there in 20 years. Actually used to work there (worked at Tripp's, Gilly's and Fat Tuesdays). When I was there in October I had absolutely no feel for the place. Couldn't even figure out where Gilley's used to be. Everything had changed so much (and for the better). Crazy.
Thanks for posting. We will be in North Myrtle Beach early July for two weeks. No visit is complete without a little side trip to Broadway and Barefoot Landing as well. Can’t wait 😊
Awww I'm sorry to hear about Dragon's Lair, that was a great course! And I also liked Johnny Rockets. The clouds are looking pretty neat in your video. I love all your vids for keeping in touch with what is happening in Myrtle, especially since I don't know when I'll be going back. I also keep meaning to say that you're so smooth with your delivery and presentation, your vids are always well done.
They should have left dragon's lair in my opinion I mean they still have the freaking Viking ship out there from the putt putt course, I think that's one thing they need to rebuild with modern technology

nice to see the changes, we don't get there too much, as you know we tend to stay more north, but nice to see the changes. if our daughter comes this year, she like to come here. our next visit will be mid aug, so long away. its nice to see that both broadway and barefoot seem to be getting the same stores.
Hello I can say looking awesome in Broadway at the beach. As I like to point out that there is a petition to sign as to say bring back Dragon’s Liar mini golf course in Myrtle Beach may wanna look into it. As that be an opportunity for Fantasy Way along with a new Puff the Magic Dragon themed restaurant as this e be good replacements for the Waccamaw Factory Shopps property along with Mid Evil Times they can be neighbors for Fantasy Way. May wanna look into the petition. Hopefully there will be new replacements at Broadway at the Beach.
The weather is typically moderate, can be cool, but can be warm. The biggest crowds in April are the week before and after Easter, so this year late April should be better with crowds.
I thought I read an article last year that the Ferris wheel was permanently dismantled. I guess not. P.S. your accent is definitely not a Carolina accent.
The ferris wheel was changed a few years ago but it's still there! While we live in SC now, I was born and raised in NC by an NC family that's been in NC as far back as genealogy can provide! Just like any area, accents vary.

It is crazy how much it changes. The only things I really miss are the old butterfly house (been gone a long time) and Dragons Lair Golf.

Yes the clouds really did form a cool pattern there at the end of the video. So glad you enjoy the videos and thank you for the kind words!

Dragon’s Lair closed?! My dad and I played many rounds there each year we came to MB. I haven’t been back since before COVID hit!!!

It’s usually not too bad. Sometimes you have a little bit of spring break crowd, but usually the worst of spring break is close to Easter.

Nothing yet. We drove by the other day and it is still not finished.
We will be there March 12-19. Curious to know what to do if it’s cold because it’s forecasted to be 40-50’s. (Thats cold for us as Floridians! 😂)
