This is how I used to get my daughter to sleep, a face massage turned into full body massages as she became a toddler. She grew so fast. I knew she was having growing pains. I remember I was massages her knees and lower back I went to look to see if she was sleeping and she was literally drooling lol. Even babies need to feel good. Massages are so important for them so they can grow
Same here! When my daughter was a baby I would I lightly rub her nose up between her eyes. Then she would fall asleep to feet tickles. Now it's from head to toe, tickles, scratches, massage. I don't mind. She is 13 so I know I only have so much longer. I cherish every moment. If I can't cuddle her at least I can help her relax lol

My dad would lightly trace his fingers around my eyes and forehead when I was little, but I knew there was a good chance I'd fall asleep so if I wasn't wanting to nap I tried to stop him.
