- Coffee production is the industrial process of converting the raw fruit of the coffee plant into the finished coffee. The coffee cherry has the fruit or pulp removed leaving the seed or bean which is then dried. While all green coffee is processed, the method that is used varies and can have a significant effect on the flavor of roasted and brewed coffee. Coffee production is a major source of income for 12.5 million households, most in developing countries.

Ur right
Very true
Which are the best beans I should buy ?
@@KhyberGaming Thai mountain grown 100% Arabica strictly hard beans (SHB). My farmers hand pick only the best ripest red cherries. No machine harvesting junk like Starbucks.
@@fromtheflightdeck252 thanks friend. Appreciate the response. I agree, hand picked over machines. 👍
This video is amazing! Its full of incredible shots and shows a LOT of the coffee production process, but it really needs some context! For someone who doesn't know ANYTHING about the process (like myself, hence why I looked it up and watched) without context, the majority of the video just looks like a bunch of people playing with beans.. lol
The quality of the coffee is determined by the hard work of people, I was wrong to idolize them
I remember being beaten by my uncle for eating a cherry coffee from the plantation, (forest coffee from Ethiopia!)
What a beautiful steps I have never seen before
We have our own coffee farm, I think harvesting should be manually not using a machine so you can only choose the ripe ones. And you can wait for few weeks for the rest of them.
Well it's a corporation, so.... Greed is key
Pecinta kopi yuk mampirrr

How are the beans roasted?
I read several articles about diesel is in contact with the beans, would be nice to know how much if its true.
It's not true
De esa manera no dejan la cereza verde en el arbol.
From a good process to be a good taste..
👌
How much the cost of the machine which process the coffee up to the washing for export?

جميل جدا
Jangan samain sama specialty yg kita minum yg uda masuk gen 3 wqwqwq
Itu masih ada dipilih2
There's lot of green coffee that shouldn't mix with the the red ones
Didn’t you see the people picking out the green berries
