@@TheCoco7802 he's basically saying that people don't appreciate skin tone as a quality, and like, being familiar with Lakeith, he doesn't just mean black, he means like, we see different as bad, so people underrate the value of diversity?
Virtue means "morally good or desirable trait in a person" so, like, he's saying people don't see skin tone as a desirable trait
Not a perfect answer but it made sense to him in the moment, ever play these kinds of games? Sometimes you get some deep answers they just be worded weird because of the fast pace of it

What I think I like most about LaKeith is that the way that he acts on TV and Film is the way he may be in real life. He is a very pensive and well-thought-out person, it seems, and I admire that about him in his roles and personality.
