I AM SORRY IF I SOUND TOO JUDGMENTAL But i feel it is necessary to be shared so that we may have a better understanding of the importance of FASTING. ONE of the usual things that we hear about the result of FASTING is that one has given up Smoking or Drinking or had determined to pray regularly or attend church and pay the Tithes regularly etc but the unhealthy attitudes, which required changes most, seem unchanged. The reason is observance tells us that most 'Fasted persons' come back with an air of extreme self-righteous ready to scorn at others as unclean whereas, as per the gospel, one should change ones attitude a total revival of self from ones selfish way of life.
I think if somebody keeps trying to quit his addiction it won't work. Depending on the finished work of Christ and resting in His Spirit's empowerment has always worked. This is not a direct response to the video's content (vid was awesome), it's just an extended edification for the ones scrolling in the comments section, just like me. Thanks for reading this far.
