This explains EVERYTHING. How Christian was able to pull so many all nighters, or go to bed at 2am and be back at the gym at 6am and never seem to burn out. Why he was constantly dripping in sweat. How was able to stay so shredded at every comp (not to take away from his hard work the guy definitely worked harder than everyone but taking amphetamines definitely helped)

Yeah this needs to be emphasized more. I believe he is a hard worker and did put his energy in the right space. But it would not be possible to do all of this in such a timeframe without the fuel of amphetamines. Thankfully I learned early on in healthcare the level of abuse adderall has among "high performing" individuals. Its the same with PED's as well though too, people love to just skate around something that was a MASSIVE contributing factor to where they are. Thankfully more transparency is coming out around things like this.

I am a licensed psychologist and I just want to say Christian is right. There are companies out there online where you can take an iPad test and you are essentially paying for a guarantee ADHD diagnosis. These companies are not legitimate and many PCPS are starting to figure this out and will no longer accept those evaluations. Now it’s becoming required to have an assessment by a licensed provider in some part to avoid overprescribing stimulants. I am very passionate about this topic as I do ADHD evals every week and would be happy to talk further.

What is your feedback on treating adhd? I have an appointment today for possible treatment discussion and I’m terrified. I’m taking the TOVA test and discussing options. I’m so worried about the pros, cons, risks, and benefits. If I’m ultimately going to feel worse down the road then I don’t want to treat but if you think it can be a solution without the cons outweighing then I will explore. I’m just so nervous

The Adderall discussion makes so much more sense with Christian now. Been following the guy for so long, when he made that video months back where he was completely not himself I bet it had something to do with the Adderall. And for so many years he would be saying how he didn’t sleep overnight or only slept two hours, of course the Adderall is doing that to him. Really hope he evens out and gets the clarity that he needs. The pharmaceutical industry is the most evil industry in the world.

Honestly almost unsurprising with the adderall addiction… it was always weird about preaching putting in the work, hustle and grind, staying awake for 3 days straight to build out alphaland, on top of taking steroids during bodybuilding, multiple energy drinks, massive weight fluctuations. We get it hard work never sleeps esp you’re the one who has to pay back the massive loans/taxes on multiple businesses - but dam dawg you’re jeopardizing your health for the future. You’d think you wanna be able to live long, have no health complications into your late 30s and actually be there for your kids. Rather have health than literally killing yourself. Meanwhile the average American citizen like us working 60 hours a week just to barely survive and support a family.
Regardless we’re all glad you’re acknowledging your addiction, really focusing on your health. Everyone is proud of the success, you made it dawg. Money will never be an issue for you, your legacy is cemented. Next up is your health and the future of your family guzman. Peace n love blessings brother.

I'm happy for the friendship both of you have. From Max being understanding and supportive of what you went through (Christian), and from Christian acknowledging, taking accountability, and apologizing for the behaviors that may have negatively impacted the relationship. I want to say that I'm glad that you're on the other side of adderall addiction, and to be honest, as a provider myself... whoever prescribed you 30 mg 3x a day KNEW that the FDA approved limit is 40 mg for ADHD and 60 mg for narcolepsy... so the fact that they didn't try to encourage you to stop or look out for you is crazy. Watching you since you were in your starting gym after Chris Jones collab, I don't know if that's how far back you were prescribed but man, it would've been amazing to see this fun and goofy Christian often. The way you described how the medication made you serious and focused on one thing, which prevented you from doing other things (I'm assuming difficulty pulling away) or feeling typical emotions is pretty spot on. It sounds like your provider never told you the drawbacks of excessive dopamine, or that while the medication is effective in treating ADHD. You still technically have ADHD and you don't necessarily get to choose how you guide your focus even when it's there. Will be watching as one of your oldest subs, and if you ever have questions about what you went through with medication or ADHD you can always reach out. Proud but never satisfied!

9:50 Doesn't that basically mean he wasn't ready for marriage? He said that saying "not right now" at the end of the last podcast led to a conversation (which obviously means Heidi saw and questioned him), then she paused the TV show, said she wants to get married, and they had a conversation that led to him buying her a ring. But didn't he already know she wanted to get married? Why did it take Heidi basically giving him an ultimatum for him to propose? I feel bad for both of them because he doesn't deserve to be pressured into changing his timeline, and Heidi deserves someone that is READY for marriage. She never should have had to wait so long and basically beg for a proposal.

Christian should have a look at why Sam Sulek is blowing up. He is basically doing the same thing Christian was doing 10 years ago with the Detonation and early Summer Shredding series. The more personal car conversations, the simple tripod set up, the kitchen prep scenes. Its classic RUclips and the same reason why it was a success a decade ago is the same reason why a new generation is connecting with Sam Sulek today. A lot of Christian’s early followers have careers and kids now, so the engagement would naturally be less.

I really want this question to be answered how did he get prescribed 90 mg of Adderall daily when I know every doctor here in Florida has said 60 mg daily is the maximum legal limit. How is he getting prescribed 90 mg a day? I understand you can make exceptions or the law might be different in a different state but I’m genuinely asking how this happened. I’ve heard of somebody getting prescribed 240 mg daily but that was for an extreme case so once again, if anyone has the answer, I’m really curious as to how he got prescribed 90 mg of Adderall daily when the legal limit is 60 mg

Everyone is hyping up CG which is great because he's so clearly doing better but just wanted to shout out maxxypoo. Still the same goofy, humble but massively successful potato we've all watched for years. Never change maxx 👍

Broooo I wondered what CG was so damn happy about the past few months. I thought he was taking antidepressants! So happy to see your true personality unleashed aside from the grind mode personality. (not that you werent great in both conditions). But this make so much more sense now. Happy to see you happy CG

As a female, with a lot of female friends, sometimes adderall it associated with getting very skinny. And it’s a shortcut rather than taking the time & effort to develop correct healthy eating habits. Took it in college but off it for almost 2 years now so glad I went off. This isn’t talked about enough

@@certifiedfinest5065 on adderall, I just felt like every experience was synthetic. For me, I always needed constant stimulation on it and I absolutely could not relax and felt uncomfortable with peace and just being. I felt like I needed it every single day and throughout the day. Now, without it, I feel more at peace and I feel like I’m in my right mind. I just always wanted to be on the go or something happening, now my body feels at ease

If Alphalete had minimal branding like Lulu or Alo I guarantee you more people would buy lol. Can’t tell you how many times people have said “oh I love the design or oh the quality is actually really good, but man I can’t wear that wolf head or something with ALPHALETE front and center.” This includes myself.
Christian did it right with the Monarch and Evo lines (which are now discontinued). Mature the brand, even Lulu people don’t wear the shit that has LULULEMON stamped on the front.
