That watch is a hidden gem ! Went under the radar when it came out, was rediscover after at affordable prices. This watch is a watch à can't stop admiring when I wear it, i read the time but i also just freeze watching it for a few seconds more. Beautiful. Thanks for your comment 😉
Awesome review! I just purchased this watch on a recent trip to Japan and fascinated with all the details on this model. Thank you for explaining everything in detail!
i know you love history man ! i'm one of your subscribers like i know your one of mine brother ! You would know something about watch history for sure. And yeah in that department i'm like you, i love to understand what's hidden behind things and trust me i restrain the history part in my video's because there is so much more to tell... Loved your SOTC video analog edition, that Oris at the end looks like a Seiko Alpinist with even more vintage charm to it. A beautiful watch ! Come back again anytime, you know you welcome bro...
@@thehandsontime oh wow that’s awesome! I guess you’ll know then that I love all the little asides and facts. Great content and I’ll make sure to come back more regular!
I love the breguet arabic numerals. A very handsome watch! The textured dial on the ladies presage SRP852J1 is just everything, but unfortunately I missed the sales when the price was reduced. Oh well.
Hi, i'm glad you like it. Played a new tune on my guitar, a more calm one. Changes from the more agressive one I played on the first intro. Thankyou so much for your kindness "wonderful world".
There you are again, so you know it's the watch I choose to replace the other one. Just so you know, they made this watch for different kinds of market, for example, the japanese made seiko's are for domestic and arabic countries. That is why they have arabic days. The other ones are for the rest of the world. Maybe they did something like that with this watch. And I know that there was two versions of the dial. I really wanted the one with the Word "presage" that means "omen" in french ! The japanese loving our french culture probably pick this Word for a good omen, "un bon presage" in french. Man love this watch, a definite keeper. Cheers.
@@thehandsontime Yes, it is a beautiful watch, and the Zen garden dial is absolutely gorgeous. I personally only collect Seikos, and this watch is one of the centre pieces of my collection.
for me the black one ! white dials are making a watch look bigger than they really are, and the zen garden dial will not let you down even on a black one, but that's just me, choose the watch of your heart my friend !
I have the white dial one with heated blue hands, got it for 420 usd or something. It dates back to Laurel that's why i have chosen these series. Only 6r15 remained in my collection.
Hi guys, so what do you think about the video ? share your thoughts in the comment section and smash the like button ! take care !😀

@@thehandsontime wow it's played by you, impressive👏
Nice !
Glad to hear that thanks !
Nice story
Definitly !
I was just offered one to flip to my 55th anniversary Seiko 5. It is apparently a little scrached but nothing crazy. Should i do it?
It's up to you, It's a wonderful watch, but I personnaly would prefer something new for my 55th anniversary, that's just me....
My watch only reads "Automatic" and not "Presage," but it is exactly the same one with the same 6r movement and all.

center piece ! as it should be !
Should I get the black or white dial?
for me the black one ! white dials are making a watch look bigger than they really are, and the zen garden dial will not let you down even on a black one, but that's just me, choose the watch of your heart my friend !
Does it have lumibrite?
Absolutely not ! And no need on this type of watch, i read it in very very low light with the white hands...
@@thehandsontime Cool, I'm getting this one next, love the review keep it up!

The white dial ! beautiful ! and yup, 6r15 are really good movements, would never trade mine !
Just godt mine for 370 euro
Congrats ! Nice price (a steal honestly), beautiful watch for the ones that understand it's conception. 370 for a 6r15, the bargain of the century !
