The sabres aren’t cheep plastic they are metal. Yes the droids are plastic but they are blue tooth enables and have lights and sounds and movements, sure the milks don’t taste of many things but you can’t get them anywhere else and most of the wearable stuff will also be exclusive to the world and be based of the actual characters in the park.
In the 14 years of my life, this place is all that I have ever wanted. Star Wars is such a magical place for me and I am so excited that it finally came to life. I can't wait to come here so my Dad and I can gush at it all. I'm so happy to make memories with this place.

I've watched a few of these videos now and the builder that helped you has been the most bubbly, fun and natural feeling. I'd like to see her do the main presentation.
You can battle with them but you can't swing it as if you were trying to hit a baseball. They are meant for dueling but not for strong slamming against eachother.
i would rather just build my own lightsaber in a quiet room by myself and have like the instructions on a monitor because everything here feels very rushed and chaotic and have like all the parts and just being able to build in peace

At first watching touring videos I felt disappointed that all it seemed to be was shops, shops and more shops. But now that I've seen the droid building, and now more so the light sabre building I'm excited to eventually go there. They're so much more unique than buying tacky rubbish from the many stores. The "gatherers" are they to help you so don't be nervous! The "show" will only go as fast or as slow as the builders...that is you...let it.
It looks like it but it's not. The gatherers have to talk to 3 or 4 people at once so they are moving side to side screaming. But they actually let you take your time to select the pieces and build your saber. They even help you if you cant decided and they roleplay it too. It's really fun.

They just can’t comprehend things like “this is upside down, you can tell by so and so” or things like “left or right” all of a sudden people are 5 again. It’s sad but sometimes funny. We don’t hear one another anymore.

So as you can see, the saber is a plastic core with a series of die-cast metal rings you put around it. You ONLY get a limited selection, depending on the theme you purchase. Want more options? $200 more for another set. You can't just use whatever you want anymore. Also they tell you DON'T duel with them as the blade and chassis can only take a tiny amount of damage before shattering.

Kevin T true, but it would actually be fine for me to do this because I could sell my one and only lightsaber that I don’t like anymore for like 250 bucks on eBay (yes, I’m very dumb for buying a 400 dollar lightsaber to begin with). And then be able to get this saber and a few kyber crystals. It might sound dumb, but having a lightsaber is a Star Wars fan’s dream. And to have a personal experience and building process makes it worth it to me since I have the 200 bucks to do it
See but I am paying for several little people to go to Disneyland. So -- 4 times 200.00 -- hmmmm... It's pay to get in the park or build lightsabers. Which should I do? Disney, why can't you keep the costs down? How hard is it to include some things like this in the experience and allow the poor kids to get one too? The people at the top of the business must not be too concerned for the people coming to the park.

Another review says they do have yellow and white kaiburr crystals. All the different colors are for sale, $12 each. No black as yet.

The Road to Cosplay and Comic Con it is $200 to build a lightsaber. You get a pin, blade, hilt, an awesome carrying case and the experience
