When Im grinding theough severe depression In the gym in the winter I listen to your David Goggins mental toughness affirmations. They definitely get me through, but today the weather finally warmed up and something in me told me to look up these solar affirmations again. If I could define myself as any type of warrior it woukd definitely be a solar warrior. The difference is night and day when im avle to be recharged by the sun.

Hey brother I have my biggest tournament yet (IBJJF nationals) on the 24-25th of this month. Is there any chance of one specific for submission grappling or combat sports in general? Thank you
So how do I use these? Do I listen to these while meditating or does it also work to have this playing (on my stereo headphones) while doing say...household chores
It is not necessary to concentrate on the words or meditate. Simply listening to it as background throughout the day works. It's essentially positive brainwashing. The most important part is repetition and consistency - every day at least once a day for at least a month - to see results.
