Update, so this video has had a lot of views, and that's because this is a very common problem. However i think there is another reason..... A while ago the other heater hose failed so i thought it would be the same quick replacement. BUT it wasn't. The old hose came off no problem but the new hose wouldn't fit on, not matter how hard i pushed it wouldn't push on. In the end i had to cut 5mm from the end of the heater matrix pipe to allow the new hose to push on. So if you find you can't fit your new hose, then measure the the internal depth and compare with the old hose and the matrix pipe.
