Bought my first small in January, and sold it 2 days after it was delivered…I love a crossbody, and with the straps not detachable, I wanted to use it as both a crossbody and a handbag. However, the straps didn’t fall good on me as someone who is tall and over a size 10. I was so upset because it was in black. 😭 The straps are only long enough for those with a small frame and short. Now I’m looking to getting a Brandon Blackwood and a MJ tote bag because the straps are adjustable and longer! If I get another small, it’ll be a color that matches a certain outfit or a color I wouldn’t prefer in a medium size.
Omg that’s my exact issue! I’m 5’7 and well past a size 10. The bag was sitting damn near on my chest. They’re currently collecting dust (even though I cut the straps to try and fix the situation lol).
@@tiffxni_jpg lol I’m 5’8! When I tried the bag on, it fell right beside my chest. The bag is already tiny in size, and I wasn’t about to deal with the strap issue. I just like a hands free option and didn’t want to only wear it on my shoulder. It’s just time to revamp their construction as far as sizing (small is a mini and medium is a large), detachable straps, and maybe add a zipper! Debating if I want to participate in Bag Security 4 tomorrow even though I never lost a bag I wanted. Im just scared of not using it even after cutting the straps like you😭
@@raniciagorman4668 yeeeah I def haven’t thought about getting another one unless it was a large but someone commented saying the straps are still annoying on that size too :( I gave up on them altogether I think lmaoo
@@tiffxni_jpg I only have 3 mediums: the puffer shopper, the grey fleece Ugg collab, and recently the Tan. As a crossbody, the straps fall good, and the opening of bag sits at my waist. Only issue is that the top of the hand straps is right beside my chest and I don’t want to necessarily force them in. So in all honesty, I’m not sure what my next will be. When I lose weight in the future, maybe the bags will fall better in both sizes, but this shouldn’t be an issue for a bag. Solution: longer and adjustable straps!
@@raniciagorman4668 I agree it’s an easy fix. I don’t even know how they thought one size strap would be flattering on everyone :( I’ll be waiting for an updated version for sure.
Yup!! One of mine that I cut, the glue didn’t hold up for whatever reason so I used a box cutter to cut off the small piece of strap so that it’s a neat and clean cut!

This was so helpful! I just got a small pink one and I’m not a fan of the long straps and it’ll clash with my dress. Thank you so much for this!!!
You’re welcome!! :)
I'm contemplating this too! (Cutting the straps) Too short for a crossbody on me, therefore they are in the WAY.
That was my exact dilemma! Cutting the straps made such a difference.
Just ordered the small orange. Def gonna cut the straps!

I hate the straps!! I have the large one I ended up giving it away because of the straps
And here I was thinking the straps on the large would be more forgiving smh. thanks so much for letting me know! lol
The straps were killing me 😅 this is such a smart idea!
girl yes! once I saw the TikTok video, I didn't think twice about it lol
I order my 2 weeks ago. Thinking about giving it to my boyfriend little girl. Waste of money
Ugh hate this for us! 😩
