Michael Jackson is now gone, and with all his contributions to music, and to the world as a humanitarian...only now are we starting to recognize him for the rare gem that he was. Well Stevie was (and still is) a humanitarian when Michael was still in diapers, so please don't just recognize him for his musical genius, recognize him for the barriers he broke, and for the humanitarian that he still his...respect and cherish him before he's out of our lives forever! I can't believe I didn't know he made a video for this song!!! This is one of my favs on Jungle Fever, this, Lighting Up the Candles, and I Go Sailing!! Please soneone upload the JF Album...most amazing album totally slept on by most!!! Gosh I love this song...thank you Stevie for great music!!! Whenever someone asks me who my favorite musician is I always say "Stevie Wonder first, John Coltrane second!" In my humble opinion Stevie can do no wrong-I just hope we cherish him before its too late!!
I always felt he did this video as if he was sighted and doing all the things the rest of us do (or don't do enough of). Basically, he's playing a guy who wears shades a lot because he's cool, not because he's blind. Love his genius.
I saw this as it was being shot. I was on the Pacific Coast Highway near Malibu heading North. I spotted him as he was approaching from the North with a camera rig attached to his car. When I told my wife that Stevie Wonder was driving, she reminded me what a moron I was - until she saw it was him. Once-in-a-lifetime.
