Even little things, like trying to make her happy by really trying to fit in the crowd by dresscode. i feel like what most guys dont understand with leslie's underwear argument is that we are not most men who only own underwear for each day of the week (seen in my husband and many other men in my life) every single woman i have ever met always has a large stash of underwear purely cause. theres also different factors of having enough period underwear; that gets stained, used frequently and needs to be regularly replaced so many of us just like to have a lot on hand. and sometimes you just want some nicer underwear for special occasions (seamless, lingerie etc.) I wash my clothes once every 1-2 weeks but I do not wear the same underwear for more than a day and I have the capacity to do it. i just thought it was funny that the guys were baffled she had a lot of underwear 😂

Last Kiss helped a lot of millennials through their teenage years so I'm guessing that's why she said it, even though there are much darker & complex ones since.
Also I don't see Tolerate It as a break up song by itself. She starts and ends it with "I sit and watch you" because the middle is only her fantasizing about "breaking free", but in the end she goes back to watching him and waiting for something to change
