The second we heard joey fatone was on the impractical jokers cruise ship, we jumped at the opportunity to get him on the show. Never mind is he the nicest person ever, but he’s hilarious and totally humble. We ask some juicy questions about nsync and he doesn’t hold back!

Steve-O's Hot Sauce! - www.amazon.com/Steve-Os-Sauce...
I met Joey at a restaurant in Orlando several years ago. He was so gracious when I approached him about a picture. He then came over to the table and talked to us for a bit. He could not have been any nicer.
I had the opportunity to meet Joey at our Children's Gala when he MC'd. I told him how I had a Joey Fatone Action Figure (Doll) when I was growing up because he was my favorite. I thought he would react differently to that, but he smiled, said "That's awesome, dude!" and then hugged me. My wife and I got a picture with him. Very stand up guy.
Sounds stupid 😂 I don't know what's worse. The fact that you had a doll of him, that you liked nsync or that you actually told him and us about it. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Yuck
@@4tado and if it did why would you tell anyone LoL 😂😂😂😂😂😂... That's something you keep a secret because you should be ashamed of yourself.
Dork
Jesus, some really cool people on this thread. Hey man, good on you for sharing an experience that was positive for ya. These are the things that keep us going.
@@gladememmott3001whatever dude. I liked the story.. if you don’t you could keep all that negativity to yourself
I never thought I'd enjoy an interview with any 90s boy band member,as I wasn't a fan of them, but he seems like a humble, grounded guy with some good stories from the time and I really did enjoy hearing from him.
Joeys completely different than any other boy band member I know, him and Chris are my favorites from *Nsync, they’re the only boy group i ever really liked at their time.
It's almost as though he's a human being, regardless of whatever music he makes...
*NSYNC was great. They had excellent harmonies and wrote a significant amount of their music.
I was a HUGE *NSYNC fan. But too young to understand anything besides I loved them lol. There was no social media. So you got to know them by magazines, tv performances and brief interviews.
So hearing him talk about all of this was so much fun. ❤
🖤🖤🖤
Same here!
This should be a great interview…just starting it now. Joey is a legit dude! By chance, we ran into him at Epcot while on our honeymoon and he was so chill and down to Earth. Mad respect for him.
Joey killed it. Such a real person - back east Italian style. Tells it like it is, humble- funny!
Check out “mancation”
Joey is such an awesome dude. I met him at a Comic Con years ago, no one was at his booth aside form me and one other woman - both in Star Trek uniforms. Joey sat there and talked Star Trek with us for a solid 20 minutes. It was awesome as a girl who grew up in the 90's loving boy bands to meet a guy from one of those groups who was so down to earth and genuine.
Anyone else notice that Joey is dressed like he’s gonna go catch Pokémon 😆
Keeping it 90s baby
It took me until the last 10 mins of the episode to realize the shirt is Ernie from Sesame Street
@@SeventyyTimess7ohhh I was like wtf is this shirt is ass
I thought it was a romper at first but i think its just a polo and shorts @@SeventyyTimess7
Its Ernie.
Props to him. for never changing his name.
Doesn’t seem like he let the fame or money go to his head in the least. What a great guy! 🇮🇹🇺🇸
Joey Fatone?
@@rickrick6933Joey Fat One
Okay now you gotta interview JC , LANCE and CHRIS 🥹
Yaaas! I concur! 🖤
Yes!!!
Ummm, you're missing one very important member. The only one I'd like to hear from.
@@virgochic81 nah. I have to see and hear that show pony all day long. Zero interest in hearing from him.
Vinnie's holding that pillow like he's bringing it home with him.

😂😂😂😂😂
It's a fat thing, hide the belly lol
Definitely a fat thing, hiding the belly. That's really gotta suck.
He hiding the boner he has for Joey
Joey and Chris have always seemed so humble and chill as fuck to me. I was a HUGE Nsync girly when I was a teen, had them and Justin posters (sorry lol) plastered all over my room. Went to a concert, lost my voice for a week from losing my god damn mind screaming LOL But, now that Im older I think Joey and Chris were actually the coolest members of Nsync, no offence to Jc or Lance tho lol. This was a great episode XD
@RoxieParadox Lance is one of the nicest guys to his fans. Loved when I got to meet him. We share the same birth month & it was few days away from his bday, so wished him a happy birthday. Love him. He’s great.
Sorry, but you're not an NSYNC fan if you speak ill about the frontman. The band was nothing without Justin. That's why he's the most successful one. I'm sure they love hearing toy fake fans talk shit about their brother too. Go follow Britney's lying, crazy af, so crazy she had her kids taken away, ass. Cause You aren't shit here.
Hearing those subtle sweet background vocals of Joey Fatone in the new nSync song, brings me back to a simpler time!
It’s funny I met skinny Vinny in jail in CT he got out of jail moved to LA got clean and got in with the jsckass crew and now he does podcast with Steve o talk about making nothing into something all within 4 years congrats my guy
Which jail was he in? I did a bit of time in CT
I was in South Windsor Connecticut last month. Extremely quiet. Main Street has some beautiful super old cemeteries.
@@LaurenMiddleton28 Thought you said you did time in South Windsor lol. Was gunna say there is no jail there. Then I read your comment again.
My wife is obsessed with NSYNC. She might actually listen to this episode
Met Joey at P!NK’s 21st birthday party. He came over to me and shook my hand! He’s at the top of my list of nicest celebrities I’ve met.
Can't believe the next episode is #200. I have listened to all 199 episodes and will continue to keep listening!
Loved this interview! One of your best!!
Such a great episode! Thank you so much for this!
I have loved *NSYNC since the Disney concert. I was never able to see them live, then meet Joey at a Con in December...he is such an amazingly nice guy!
just love the dedication of all of you holding microphones for 1hr and 20
Joey was talking about how they did that song “That Thing You Do” from that Tom Hanks movie and Scott so confidently says “Can’t Hardly Wait”…. The movie was the same title as the song “Can’t Hardly Wait” 😂
How are those movies even related?
@@peaceasyx were you asking me? As in how does my comment relate to? Or asking in general because Scott said the wrong movie and they aren’t even in the same category or movies?
@@Retro-2-now like why did Scott say can’t hardly wait lol
@@peaceasyx I don’t know, but he sure sounded confident when he said it lol
Was never an *NSYNC fan (BSB all the way 😂), but I just adore Joey. I’ve been around him multiple times- once for an extended period of time- and he’s just so chill and funny. He’s just great to be around.
Thanks for the props to my Hanson fellas!!
You always interview the BEST PEOPLE!!!!
Steve-O this was a great one!!!! Good job dude proud of ya
Keep setting the bar even higher and higher. This was so entertaining and hilarious. Also going to piss mid response with Paul was unreal. Keep it up!
This has been one of my favorite episodes!
This is great. The dynamic between all of you was perfection👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Honestly back in the day Joey wasn't my favorite guy from NSYNC because he wasn't really showcased he was just a background member but after the band stopped doing stuff and he did all his other projects I started to love him. I've been watching him perform at Disney the last few years and he's so good!
Really fun episode!! I really liked the dynamic between the gang and Joey!
He is so cool and hilarious, I love how he can reflect and make fun of himself back then but really kept it together in life. Glad to see him doing so well!
We all evolve as humans but I've got to say, of all the guys in the group, Joey is so humble and kind.
This podcast episode was my favorite 😍 bring Joey back!!! He was really into it and was willing to talk about things you could tell he really match the rooms energy and he’s really funny 😂
I love the new NSYNC song! Great interview, what a cool guy.
One of my favorite interviews 🖤
W0W what an interesting and excellent interview. Joey much respect
Vinny doing the classic hide your belly move with the pillow lolol
One of my favorite interviews thus far. Great job everyone!
😅) 1:02:02
I'm glad both these gentlemen maintained their humbleness throughout the entire interview.
Love you Steve O this podcast was juicy!!
This was great! That’s pretty crazy y’all got to see him at a cruise and talk to him
I adore Joey. Thanks Steve-O for having him on your pod!
I know of Joey Fatine from Impractical Jokers (aside from Nsync). I love watching him interact with those guys. Hes great, cant wait to watch this interview.
Bro.. I'm a 40 year old guy... Who was not a fan of boy bands back in the day.. May have even called them ugly names.. In a joking way.. Yet I enjoyed this podcast more than any other I've heard in the past year probably..
Great down to earth guy! Thank you for this great Interview! Love it!!!
Steve-O, been a fan forever. In my opinion, you are doing your best work now. I'm older than you so I can say, "I'm proud of you". Best interview yet and I don't know anything about Joey.... He is a bro.
good comfortable location to have an interview great interview.
Steve-o sounds like Lucille Ball in 1984 😂 great interview!
This interview is great. I want the JC interview next! JC, you have an audience!
its like hanging with the boys, love podcasts like these.
I loved this so much. Ive never seen or heard Joey just shoot the shit before and i am so impressed. What a genuinely awesome dude. Thanks so much ❤ also side note. Love you Steve-o!
One of the best episodes. Very smooth.
Joey had to interrupt Steve to talk more than steve interrupted Joey!😂
YES! haha
True and they have similar voices.
My near death experience is the reason why I changed how I treat ppl and why I got super serious about sobriety and my spiritual journey.
Have you been on one of the NDE channels?
Fantastic I can't wait till next week
The tea on Prince is everything 😂
One of my favorite episodes! Joey is such a lovable guy, so comfortable and easy going ❤
Absolutely loved this episode
This episode flew by way too quick, Joey was an amazing guest.
Seems like a nice guy. Hated all the boy and girl bands back in the day, nu-metal was my jam. But when I look back now, they made some catchy songs, danced their asses off and put on huge spectacle shows. When you look at pop artists now they couldn't pull off those synchronised dance moves those groups did (and do it night after night). These were also huge stars. Different times now. Think it's fair to respect them for the hard work and entertainment.
What a great episode! 🎉
This was a great episode
Great episode!
Dude Steve-O is killin it with this one
Still love this man. Great conversation.
These the kind of guest we want steve o interacting with 🔥
I think I have a belly flop contest in 5 minutes is the most Steve-o thing I’ve ever heard 😂
I enjoyed the hell out of this. Thanks!!!!
The s has been my favorite episode yet. The dude is real and cool AF!
Great episode
Ahoy there matey! Podcasting on a boat. Lmao
Solid episode 👏👏
This episode is INCREDIBLE! I was in 7th grade when *NSYNCS “no strings attached” dropped, EVERY GIRL wanted a piece of them! The stratosphere of success they transcended into at that moment in time is still rarely ever been seen! Joey is a stand up dude & I love how he curses a lot & talks normal in my opinion 😁
Glad to know i have the same type of superb memory as SteveO💯👍💙💪🔥💨
Where did Steve-O get those glasses? I know I lost a pair in Southern California or Colorado and miss them. They're industry insider frames, in fact. I got them from a friend who's in optometry while she was at an industry trade show.
Who would have thought the guy who put his balls in a vice would be a such a good interviewer.
He seems like he's the most interesting guy from NSYNC. The funniest and chillest of them. Just a solid dude
Fatone aged better than most.
Street team! love this podcast.
Love the Fat One great interview
Oh my god Joey was my favorite from NSync member. Aj was my favorite Backstreet. Let them come anywhere near my town and Ill be on the front row.
I met Joey in 2018. He is the nicest person. I loved this interview!
I appreciate Joey's Ernie shirt. He and his family visited Sesame Place in 2003. They were wonderful guests.
I was and am a Korn guy... but i liked Nsync!!!
Steve-O's story about Kanyon sent me down to Google to find out more about this wrestler. Sadly I discovered he passed away in 2010, it's nice that Steve-O had a good story of how someone long since passed affected his life for the positive.
That was actually very interesting 😂
I really like this guy‘s confidence and overall demeanour. Seems like he has a really nice character.
Really nice dude and great energy in this episode.
Yeah, dudes!
I got excited by the thumbnail at first cuz I thought it was big Jay Oakerson.
Joey Fatone took the first picture of me and my wife at a brewery out on Long Island. Very down to earth and humble person
lol Steve o is hyper as fuck in this interview. I love it
Steve-O PLEASE get Rake Yohn on here, he's such an underappreciated legend
Would love to hear what he's been doing! Great call.
Steve-O…I love your podcast… amazing.. one criticism… god gave us two ears and one mouth…. Please let the guest breathe a little before interrupting.. I am guilty of this myself but I’m a work in progress…. Keep up the great work..
Im obsessed with Joey's outfit
Same! I need to know where he got it. I know someone who needs to have this outfit (they just don’t know it yet)
This was a very good episode. I was not a super fan, but if you want to be around pretty girls, you hear the songs pretty girls listen to. And now, at 35, I can sing N*Sync songs from memory. Comes in handy at Karaoke or in a late night Call of Duty lobby with some other old people.
*Nsync
“Late night COD lobby with some other old people” 😂 Great comment!
35 and wasn’t a super fan either. Cause I repped dem Boys
Nope. It's written as NSYNC @@FCUK-
We love you too, Steve.
I’m your second biggest fan.
Awesome episode what cruise was this on???
I think it’s “The Impractical Jokers” cruise
I purchased tickets years back when he was a part of the Rock of Ages musical in Vegas cause I love the show, but also because he was in the cast & the week that I went to see it, he was on vacation & not in the show that week. I was really bummed. The next time I had an opportunity to see him, he briefly walked through the crowd of the NSYNC pop-up shop in LA, so I got to see a glimpse, but didn’t get to meet him. I did get to meet Lance, who was there, when I found out he was going to be at a drag show the night I was there for the pop-up shop. It was so cool to see him & I got to meet, talk to & get a couple pics with Lance, who I had a teen crush on. My teen dream came true to get to meet him. He was so nice. I hope to get to meet Joey, Chris &/or JC one day. That would be so awesome.
💖💕💜👍
there was that one time where joey was on the wiggles one time
Wise words from Chris Kanyon. Such a sad story, but so true. He’s not here anymore, so we can’t ask him for his autograph. But his presence is still felt!
Was hoping Travis Pastrana would be 199 but Joey is a goat too.
