Admiral William H McRaven is a very interesting man. He lived his life similar to a Herdsman, Rancher, joint Preacher, Evangelist, or Religious Philosopher who needed to defend his own ambitions and faiths. He followed the organizational principles of running and administering a cattle ranch or a kind of herding trade from which he could gain with his journalistic vociferous talents. Rather than producing tangible, guaranteed products, as farmers tilling the land and fisherman, the sea, and the productive engineering industries making guaranteed products, he chose to gather people with different qualities, equivalent to herds of horses, lions and tigers and buffaloes, monkeys, donkeys, and other herd animals, which normally evolve and fend on their own, roaming the natural fertile prairies. He favored, being a herdsman and preacher, and so he spent his time snaring and looping in, training the herd members to produce a common performance in a space with boundary fences around the training areas. He called himself the leader and spent the rest of his life preaching that he was responsible for the actions of the collective herds which he gathered and trained.
