Anyone know the date when the computerised clock was introduced? This is the latest example of the mechanical clock I've been able to find so far. The new clock had been introduced by 5th October 1980.

What was the movie finishing? The Ghoul or Legend of the Werewolf?

I was wondering that. I’m going with Legend of the Werewolf. The BFIs site lists all of the production company’s films:

Cross-checking that with the BBC’s Genome Project, it’s likely to be Legend of the Werewolf, which was screened on BBC2 at 11.45pm on Saturday 16th August 1980:

The following week’s films (which were also mentioned in the clip) are listed correctly for Saturday 23rd August as ‘Tower of London’ and ‘The Skull’:
