- i first learned about foil packet cooking back in girl scouts about a hundred years ago and since then it's absolutely become my go-to method for easy, delicious, flavorful and moist salmon ... every single time.
mix up the herbs and spices if you want. soy & lime? basil & sun dried tomato? orange & sesame? i love lemon and dill, but i'm not going to tell you how to eat your salmon. we've known each other long enough by now that i trust your judgement. Хобби

375F! But it’s flexible - if you’re in a hurry you can go hotter with a shorter cook time. Just unroll the foil and give it a peek to make sure it’s as done as you like it 😊
