Awesome comparison 👍, I don't think anyone would be disappointed with the cameras on both just depends on what you like. The only problem I noticed is the find X3 selfie camera, it not as good as the ultra and and the stabilization is weak.
Could be interesting to compare the two OPPOs, the X3 Pro and the X5 Pro, the reason being the X5 is just out and considerably more expensive. This X3 vid is super and X3 beats the S11 Ultra when the wide lens is used.
Samsung I believe has the best or tied with the best HDR for pictures. It's unreal how good it is. As for video, the phone doesn't have time to post process anything so I believe your limited to just want the sensor can do, its slightly behind other sensors when it comes to HDR in video although it picks up amazing amounts of detail.
Great video, I think the s21 is a million times better for selfie and video, has a 'slightly' better mic but in photography trades blows. The ultra-wide isn't quite as good as the X3 but has the better telephoto. Is sometimes better with the primary sensor but when it comes to low light is just trounced by the Oppo.
Surprisingly (to me) the OPPO ones come out a bit better in almost all conditions, even with a x2 zoom compared to the x3 from Samsung. In the selfie, slight advantage for the S21U
The biggest problem with all recent Samsung galaxies is not the picture quality but the image distortion eg: when you take either a selfie or a picture of a person with the rear camera they look distorted with a smaller head bigger nose ...etc they need to fix this but only few people are noticing that, and that is the problem
In most cases, the OPPO looked better! Who would have thought? I really don't see the need for 4k selfie video, to be honest. I hardly take any selfies, let alone selfie video, and any selfies I take are a bit of fun and I am never looking for a great photo.
Very detail in terms of the review, I’m currently a Samsung user, pretty impressed by Oppo find X 3, really don’t mind to choose Oppo in the future if Oppo still provide charging plug.
In fact, the front camera of Oppo is not worse than Samsung, but the face will be too exploded when it is backlit. If you manually adjust the focus to the face, it will be very clear. The disadvantage is that the background will be too exploded, but the face detail display is richer than Samsung. When using a front selfie, oppo will have more details and automatically beautify the face than Samsung, but oppo front camara is not conducive to taking pictures of people and scenes together.
Overall picture quality i would go for the Oppo but the front camera is quite poor ( the sky is completely blown out and has problems on focusing the subject)...Only records at 1080p and thats not acceptable on a 2021 flagship device. If Those things were properly adressed the Oppo Find X3 Pro would be an outstanding device!!

Thanks for the comparison. The 8k/4k is not such a big deal for me, but i do notice that oppo image stabilization is bad.. especially on the front camera. Is very obvious that s21 ultra have an upper hand here. Both are great camera, but i still think s21 ultra is the winner overall
oppo's main camera capabilities are pretty good for the sensor. samsungs 108MP doesnt really look better. but the wide angle is what really makes difference - samsung is destroyed by oppo!! As for my use these two cameras are what i need. As samsung has an outstanding telephoto and great selfie cameras, everyone can really choose what is better for his scenario. oppo really doing great job! there is really no winner but samsung should consider to be better for its price
This is a comparison. Cannot compare the microscope camera. We have a stand alone Oppo Find X3 camera test where we show off about a dozen shots from the micro camera.

@@delicrux i didnt mention 100x because I know that was gimmicky, in fact I mentioned 10x, because that is real optical zoom the s21 provides without losing quality. How about oppo's 2x instead? what a downgrade from x2 pro's.
I compared them, ultra tries to brighten up everything. It's like it has an algorithm to have a minimum brightness level for each pixel. The white balance is way off and unnatural. Regarding the front facing, we should see on the bigger 4k screen to see how 4k really comes out. No guesses here it would be s*t. Front facing cameras do not have enough area to capture all the details that would come out of 4k.
I like more oppo shots the color beautiful. I prefer oppo for photos, video, ultrawide, 2x better than 3x. S21 ultra only for selfies. It's impossible to jugde a winner both perform good maybe by cropping i realize which capture more deatils. Excellent job nice video.
overall the oppo looked better to me , regarding the front camera , the oppo looked way better that the Samsung even though its only 1080p ,resolution is not the be all and end all

Definitely oppo is better. Sharper. Samsung often blurry and not so good. I wonder why the front cam in the oppo is limited to 1080. Is that a software decision?!

The Oppo camera is laugheable for this price, Samsung beats every bit of it except for the wide angle which is better on the Oppo. But the Oppo's video recording especially on the front facing camera is just trash, how can they sell a 1,200$ phone with worse cameras than a 350$ Pixel 4A? 🤦♂️

Samsung cameras are overrated because of the promo marketing by affiliated YT channels. They are not bad but nothing special and of course have far more variety, but a bit a jack of all trades but master of none. In this, I prefer the OPPO as the main camera is basically all I use, 100x zoom is a marketing gimmick, and many of us do not care about the front camera.
i don't think it is worse than a pixel 4a, and by the way, it offers a much more complete experience than the 4a with a proper telephoto and ultra wide. I have to agree though that the camera is uninspiring (even if though it has a much larger sensor for main and ultra wide) it is really dragged by the lack of long range zoom, apart from p50, i dont think any manufacturer will release a phone with 10x zoom this time. The find x2 pro looks a lot more better value than this, and has nothing to envy in the camera department.
oppo in lowlight photos and videos are better than s21 ultra, but s21 ultra front camera win by huge margin... in daylight, it is pretty much the same...
But low light photography is used seldomly.... For what, we make video in darknesss?? 😂😂 Maybe once or twice in some unpredicted situation.. but not everyday..
@@irilhamramadhan not for me, i used low light quite oftenly, to take scenery during the night, especially during traveling. however, I don't like Oppo's camera module design at all. And the front camera also is a deal breaker for me since I also like to take Vlog. In this case I will still go for S21 Ultra than Oppo Find X3.
I can't believe there is someone that actually said the OPPO looked better, as this wasn't even close. It was nearly all S21 Ultra with an occasional close of win to the OPPO. On last year's results they have gone backwards in Comparison to Samsung and you know the S21ultra will. Only get better. I can't say the same for the OPPO.
When looking at the details in the ultrawide of the find X3 Pro there's no point of comparison against the s21 ultra. Especially in low light. The s21 blows every bulb out and needs to be still for much longer to get a clear shot. Both mains are comparable, pretty much equal in every single way. Telephoto is the opposite, the s21 crushed the find X3 in detail, noise and clarity. Front facing also clearly goes to the Samsung and video in general is also pretty similar, sometimes the oppo wins, again especially when using the ultrawide and sometimes the Samsung wins, especially when using the telephoto

You should have compared 4k 60fps footages as well. Samsung’s 4k 30fps is just too jittery imho but its 4k 60fps is much better
