The peanut butter sauce brings the goi gun to a whole other level! I did not know it was so easy to make. We’ve just been eating with nguc mum.. Next time my family makes some, I’ll make some peanut butter sauce and blow their minds away. Thanks Shan!
My Saigon born GF did without the peanut sauce. Three Crabs brand Viet fish sauce plus the lime juice and soy sauce and some water and red pepper make a great dip. Maybe a dash of star anise. Complements the Thai Basel perfectly. Save the peanut sauce for Chinese food.
