The best ability is availability! Keep doing the non glamourous things in the gym. The 1%ers. They are key. Great insight Chad, just wondering how you load your off season training? How many weights vs running sessions? And does this differ because of age? I know clubs now split into groups like rookies, middle age and veterans.
Thanks a lot. We get our own programs. I like to build up to run 3 times per week and weights 4 times per week with 1 yoga/Pilates as well.
