I dont think its a whistle note but a very high headvoice - G#5 or A5? But its very very impressive. Also, JM is coming from a belt then ung transition from chest to headvoice is super hard. The fact that JM is almost always the one doing the 2nd voice and not following the melody shows that JM has a great ear. Plus the fact na ung boses ni JM super taas but effortless, may mga 5th octave sya na belts na very nice and supported. Meanwhile, Marielle is one of the cleanest na kumanta, super precise ung mga notes nya!!What can I say, super galing nila both and the chemistry is there! Congrats!!🎉
Saka props din talaga kay JM. Given how good he is as a singer. He still managed to make the duet effective. Hindi nga sia nanapaw or nanlamon ng kaduet niya. Yung harmonies nia din talaga eh. I couldn’t agree with you more. All comments here are so true. Been a fan of JM since the start of his TNT career way back December 20, 2018 and all his performances were so great. I always admire and believe in JM and I’m hopeful that this will already be his big break.
well si Marielle malawak ang range nyan kaya pa tumaas nyan kung gugustuhin nya strategy talaga nila yan na si JM ang mag super high note sa money note ksi mas impressive kung lalaki ang gagawa nun ksi common na sa babaeng singer na palagi ginagawa execution ng higher note mas ma iimpress ksi ang mga judges also mas hinihighlight nila kung san sila magaling. I know experienced na sila kaya alam nila ang ginagawa nila.

Seasoned singers both of them, mga pagod na sila sa grand finals..si Marielle yung monday to friday hanggang grand finals sunod2 syang kumanta pero nailaban nya gang grand fin, si Jm naman sa grand fin nagkasakait..indeed sa kanila yung taon na ito sa lawak ng audience both abs and gma, to let them know that we have jm and marielle na pinag kibit balikat lang..sana eto na yung year nila..pareho pang mga humble
I agree with you of all what you said. Don’t get me wrong Marielle is really good but it was JM who carried them to win. First, his voice is really great with all range of low to high notes. Second, the kilig factor, it was his smiling and looking at Marielle that looks like he’s really in love with her. Also, he changed his looks, from ordinary looking 4 yrs ago to looking like a handsome K-Pop - hope he’ll not go any further than that.
Not to discredit marielle's capabilities and singing skills nga but JM talaga ang nagdadala sa performance nila and Marielle with her brilliant talent is such an excellent follower. Kaya perfect tandem sila eh.💯 They bring out the BEST in each other.

It was JM who hit that really high note. It was definitely a very high head voice. Cant be considered as falsetto because it wasn't airy and lighter, can't be considered as whistle note because it wasn't as bright, thin and edgy as whistle note, if im not mistaken. Amazing reaction btw. Genuine as always.

I totally agree with all your comments & opinions about JM. Coming from u who have listened, watched & reacted to a lot of singers. So much respect for ur opinions Sir! Napakagaling ng batang to!! But under rated lng. Really amazing what he can do with his voice! Mapa bass or tenor, falcetto, money notes, whatsoever!! He has so much control of his voice & parang di nauubusan ng hininga! Ahahaha! Been a fan since he joined Tnt Season 3! He got the highest score of 98 something on their semi final round (for 1 week) to get into the grand final round against John Mark Saga and 3 or 4 others. John Mark got 70% something there. dalawa lang silang nakapasok sa grand finals to join Elaine Duran that time who became the Grand champion. All of his ssongs there were really applauded and had a standing ovation from all of the judges everyday for 1 week! Yung mga pamatay niyang songs there were: Unchained Melody, Your Love, Imagine, Hallelujah, to name a few. Sobrang mahiyain pa nga siya that time and he was shaking daw lagi.pero yung boses niya di nag si shake! Hahahal ibang klaseng ngala ngala ata meron tong batang to! 😜🤣 he' s very gifted! Hope he'd get noticed na this time and be given a break! I totally agree with all your comments & opinions about JM. Coming from u who have listened, watched & reacted to a lot of singers. So much respect for ur opinions Sir! Napakagaling ng batang to!! But under rated lng. Really amazing what he can do with his voice! Mapa bass or tenor, falcetto, money notes, whatsoever!! He has so much control of his voice & parang di nauubusan ng hininga! Ahahaha! Been a fan since he joined Tnt Season 3! He got the highest score of 98 something on their semi final round (for 1 week) to get into the grand final round against John Mark Saga and 3 or 4 others. John Mark got 70% something there. dalawa lang silang nakapasok sa grand finals to join Elaine Duran that time who became the Grand champion.
All of his ssongs there were really applauded and had a standing ovation from all of the judges everyday for 1 week!
Yung mga pamatay niyang songs there were: Unchained Melody, Your Love, Imagine, Hallelujah, to name a few. Sobrang mahiyain pa nga siya that time and he was shaking daw lagi.pero yung boses niya di nag si shake! Hahahal ibang klaseng ngala ngala ata meron tong batang to! 😜🤣 he' s very gifted! Hope he'd get noticed na this time and be given a break!
Esp with Marielle na sobrang nag cocomplement ang mga boses at style nila.not to mention the kilig they bring to their audience while singing 🥰
