So many times I would judge people right away thinking I knew exactly what their personality would be like Because of the way they dressed or talked or if they appeared to have more confidence, in public, then others but when they start speaking to me I find out that they are actually pretty down to earth and are exactly the opposite of what I assumed (in my head).
This is really personal to say but I have a mother who was always judgmental when I was growing up and I inherited her bad habit. I've learned to stop doing that many years ago. Thank God!
My mother is not like that anymore either. She's older now and has learned to live in this world with many different cultures and personalities. You cant escape reality.

I can make genuine connections but when I meet someone who is obviously a 'snake' it makes my skin crawl. It's dealing with those people who don't hesitate to throw others under the bus for their own ends that I struggle making an effort to be nice to.

Got it so. Don't be fake but be authentic about your enthusiasm... even if you don't have enthusiasm cause you're nervous or hate selling yourself...in which case be enthusiastically unauthentic but not at the same time. Its simple!

She went and made a coffee run and that earned his respect? It just sounds like buying favors. Makes me feel dirty inside.

The audio is very feeble. Is there a version with the audio boosted up a bit?
