For both events I will play my ancient warrior deck. I'll have to check the ban list first to see which version I'll play. Going first or going second. But most likely hard going second AW ftw.

I keep playing against people playing that deck and I'm playing my bird up deck so they can't do any battle damage to me and then when it's my turn I just crashed my recital into them to win it's so funny they never read my cards

I'm just going to run Unchained and Evil Eye. BTW Evil Eye is very underrated here, especially with Lightning Storm and Evenly Matched forbidden. The zero extra is where I gotta get creative. I'm going to start with Ogdoadic. Specifically, a fun version that tries to turbo out Venominaga. After I've had my fun, I'm probably going to pivot to a more serious version of Ogdo. It's unfortunate that Lair of Darkness is forbidden. However, Ogdoadics are still a serious contender. Most people forget that ogdo has several main-deck boss monsters a slew of additional support cards. Throw in Nyami as a custom hand trap, and you can loop snakes on you opponent until they're forced to surrender. The other zero-extra decks I'm considering are Vendreads (of course), Infernoid, and Shinobirds. Vendreads are much weaker without links, but when powered up their rituals can still be quite the force to deal with. Shinobirds are just bomb after bomb with their effects. Infernoids got new support that is mostly extra-deck related, but non-fusion mill variants can be made quite easily, and are still very powerful in a fight.
Why did I just now realize your Extra Zero Festival deck at 7:30 doesn't even have the 3 copies of Shining Sarcophagus, which I'm certain is mandatory or am I missing something?
Gonna be using U.A for extra zero might try goblin biker for the xyz either those or a loaner don’t have many options unfortunately maybe super quant but that’s just a personal fav 😅

Megalith with a small impcantation engine is good for the ex zero event. Not the greatest comparatively to other decks that can be played, but its definitely cheap af and the combo line is so simple. Just follow the line, ss bethor during opp turn, blow up the field, ss some phalegs and attack for game
Chaos max has worked a dream for me. Going second build can also add in dryton to get an easy otk target but black hole with lightning vortex and Raigeki normally is enough for them to lose don’t forget to make use of jet dragon too in the deck can share my deck list if anyone’s interested
Shifter banned isn't a big deal. Tcboo is far more helpful to vanquish, especially in this event. Unchained is also the best if you know how to play it. Youre untouched and dont need to worry about max c. Unchained was super overlooked cause of snake eye, I win big games with it all the time. Hope more ppl start to notice those two.
Isn't megalith legal in the ex-zero fromat? the deck is cheap, has gas, can play a compact engine as well as a lot of backrow like lost wind which is recurring value. If the adventure engine is also legal then stick that shit in too.

@ definitely not. unfortunately it doesnt do well without the boss monster. For no extra deck i would recommend running something like floo, sacred beasts or labrynth. those are just off the top of my head

not hard to imagine. they dont have any in engine ED monsters of their own and Tubrbulance reads "you win" if it resolves

I'm currently playing Evil Eye in the festival. The decks main competitor is Tenpai. No tenpai means free wins haven't lost once yet.
