Tim demonstrates the commencement and the first 3 sections of the form followed by methods a teacher uses to test the student's alignment through each form movement.
DVD-1 is 90 minutes of in-depth training for the serious Taijiquan student or teacher. DVDs 2,3 & 4 complete the form lessons.
