Man, I'm regretting installing this rom my battery has taken a significant hit
guys, If battery is your main concern then please don't install this rom. I am on my 7th day of using it and the battery is just awful. Better stick to miui. Also the device is heating so fast. I don't do gaming and even in normal usage i can feel the heat. I scrolled through Instagram reels and even it heated that time. In 5 min of 4k recording the heat went from 37 to 45.
Not sure what is causing this but, Pixel os is not working as expected this time.

Annoying thing after they added MIUI camera is that auto brightness is very buggy. Without MIUI camera, brightness changes very smoothly but after 221105 build, I have to restart too often to keep the smooth brightness adjustment working.
Finally A13 rom with MIUI camera app. Gotta try this.
Battery issue with same version of the rom on my redmi note 10 pro
Been Using CRdroid android 12 rom on my redmi note 10 pro since January and on latest crDroid 8.10 its been great experience. Many reported issues with draining battery, fix was, just restart your phone every day or two, after that phone would only loose 1% per night at most. Looking forward android 13 roms, but for now will stick with polished 12

I'm using Spark Os on my Mi 11x and it's the best custom rom ever! You get so much customisation that even Cherish Os doesn't provide and everything works unlike Cherish Os and battery life is 8hrs+. Spark Os also has miui camera. All I'm saying is Spark Os is underrated

Cherish OS is on 🔥. Amazing ROM. one of the reason im using it cuz this rom lets you modify even volume steps (media, call etc) i have set media to 15
I'm using spark on RN10Pro. It's 🔥 SPARK. Best ROM i used so far. I was Pixel OS user till A12. In A13 i felt Spark a little more optimised
I'm using cherish os on 11 lite 5g ne ( lisa ) , it's almost perfect rom but the battery isn't that good , it drains fast , so I think I'll check spark os if it's supported for my device

It is not as good as you are explaining in the video, this room has a lot of issues such as idle drain, high temperature etc.

It's Leica camera app actually. And I personally I'm using ricedroid as pixelOS is very basic with not much of customisation
Only reason i keep going back to MIUI after trying some Custom roms are the MIUI camera and Dolby atmos in speakers. The camera issue can be sorted by finding the gcam of your preference but couldnt find an alternative for Dolby (The speakers sound so goood in MIUI 12.5.10)
exactly. i would recommend you to try out the eu rom as it has dolby atmos plus a lot of other audio options. couldnt use any other custom rom after that cause audio is an important part for me.

I mean as much as I like MIUI or any CN rom, I use X80pro w/Origin 3 so I kinda like having AOSP-ish ROM for my 2nd device.

The current build of PixelOS is smooth but battery back up is worst.

I was just looking for AOSP like ROM to install almgiside with rooting my phone and I don't intend to use that for Pixelify Gphoto backup and temporary phone to use whilst I wait for new one to arrive.
So I think it's just fine compromise for me tbh

I have had enough of MIUI, but I figured It's better to opt for lighter ROM for my use anyway bc while MIUI is fluid and very beautiful, I just want to have my RN10Pro with AOSP like ROM since I use CN ROM Vivo w/Origin OS. and I want to keep AOSP like ROM as well. Also, I'm going to use MIUI for the first week bc of the BLU wait time.

I'm using PixelOS (Android 14) on my Redmi Note 10 Pro (Sweetin) and it's just wow although the build I'm using it has Android 15 status bar icons but it's much more smoother and performance is very nice, well Battery Backup isn't that good but with 60hz it's the best for battery backup for the day. No Games, No heavy usage but still it's the best Also it has Google's Circle to Search Feature which helps many time with this I wanna say this rom is just Wow for my Device.

Can custom ROM be updated from A12 to A13 via ota Update ????
I've always been scared to install custom ROMs or Custom TWRP. Last time i tried , a few years back, things went sideways. It would be great if you posted a video, not only on installing the TWRP but a custom ROM itself
@@amritkumars001 that's what I did. I brought Redmi note 10 pro I got bootloop so far just once I think I got bootloop after flashing ROM I think it's because I wasn't on MIUI when I flashed it anyway it's easy to fix bootloop all you have to do is use mi flash tool and it works every time and all you have to do is install fastboot ROM and that and boom it works.
the safest way to install any custom rom is through adb sideload

@@shrutikcs adb sideload is only recommend if your device doesn't have custom recovery. If your device has custom recovery it's better to just use that.

I Flashed pixel recovery and pixel experience plus edition on my redmi note 10 pro and restarted it. Now I can't access pixel experience recovery to update the system. How can I fix this?.
I use realme XT. Pretty old phone. I purchased it in 2019. Thanks to custom rom i can use Android 13 on my 3 yr old Android 11 stuck phone

running pixel os currently on a global redmi note 10 pro and it is awesome. it has the latest version of the MIUI camera 14.0.4 and for the global version, 108MP mode works. There are a lot of cons that do make me annoyed tho. When unlocking from always on display using fingerprint, the fingerprint animations are really laggy and it freezes a lot. While quick tap exists, there isnt now playing or even lift to wake which I do miss. And without the force 120hz being enabled, the display doesnt automatically go to 60hz when not in use so it does drain more battery with 120 hz on. And no, 33 watts charging is not working at least for me and the max i got was like 10 watts for some reason so I had to install a magisk module to at least get 15 watts of charging. The rom isnt supplying 11 volts charging for it to work with 33 watts charging so that could also be why. Apart from that everything else feels pretty smooth and I hope a new updates fixes the issues.

For fast charging u need to flash kewl kernel, or newer version of vantom kernel.

I don't know weather it works on every Redmi note 10 pro devices. But am currently writing this comment while using Pixel OS and for me so far have great experience. Fast charging is working, good speed, smooth experience and the battery is also quite as good as miui so far. So I don't know this is the same situation for all users. But this rom works, and i guarantee that, coz I flashed a thousand roms in ma fkn phone and this is the one I am satisfied with, even tried out pixelos Android 12 version. Go with the Android 13 version.
Ah and the camera works fine too... 64mp mode works, but the night mode is kind of bad now. Also 1080 60fps is not that good. Everything else is perfect

Dear tech enthusiastics don't INSTALL this rom. Very poor battery backup (6 hours SOT without gaming). Average camera performance and not even much customizable. Stay on MIUI if you like battery life (more than 9 hours). MIUI is soo good for this device try MIUI mind if your want something new.

Bro, I have taken decision to buy poco x4 pro and flash a custom rom in that...would that be a good decision? (I don't game, just watch multimedia, and not a camera centric person too)
I got it and flashed ArrowOS on it (using Lineage Recovery ADB Sideload). It is absolutely worth it and has a monstrous battery life with light usage (1.5 days). 120Hz works, 67W charging also works fine (charges as fast as it was on MIUI).
