That nyloc nut that you exchanged should not be reused. The nylon insert in those nuts is permanently deformed when initially installed. Standard practice in most industrial applications is that they cannot be reused and must be replaced.
Very good point. They should never be used twice. In this case, the threads of the temporary bolts didn't protrude into the nylon, so I'm ok using it. I'm working on another video today and I'll address your point. Thanks for pointing it out.
Nice video man and remember aircraft standard is 1 thread minimum 3 threads max through a Nyloc nut.

Ok to reuse as long as the nylon is still grabbing the threads.
