hello! as a Canadian, Buyee Air is the only available option for me! I just shipped a package using this option and it was shipped using DHL! the delivery is VERY fast, however I was hit with customs as Canada's border laws + DHL shipping is not a great mix usually haha! so just be cautious of customs fees depending on the country you're from!

Ah it really does depend on the weight, size and value of the package! I tend to purchase quite a few to make shipping + customs worth it. customs is unfortunately usually around $25-$30 bucks for me if I keep it to just photocards and no heavier items like albums! however, sometimes buying a photocard will come with an album and you won't know until it arrives :')

Currently, because Japan is only offering shipping through couriers like FedEx, ups, DHL to Canada, customs is almost always guaranteed unfortunately. Hoping they bring back standard EMS shipping soon as that was the only way to possibly avoid customs fees. As for changing the value of the package, it is sadly not a possibility while using buyee.

Unfortunately the fees apply to each individual item, regardless if it's from the same seller! This is why I usually try to find listings with multiple cards in them!

@@yazmin9149 hi i don’t remember much but when i chose ems from buyee it did not take 1-4 days to get to me i don’t recommend choosing EMS because my tracking number wasn’t updated for almost 3 weeks and i got my package after a month … i only chose ems because i didn’t have the option to chose the fedex option which i highly recommend and that only takes 3-4 days

You basically pay service fees the first time which is 500 yen or more depending if you choose an insurance plan, then pay 1000 yen to consolidate your items into one package, and then you pay for shipping through whatever service you choose. So if you’re buying one item you’re paying at minimum 500 yen plus shipping. And if you’re buying several items that you want to arrive all at once you’re paying minimum 1500 yen plus shipping. This is what I took from the video, not my personal experience as I have not bought through buyee.
I have an item that has been on the stage “Order Completed” for almost a month now, and it has yet to move forward to “Shipped” or “Arrived at Warehouse”. Is Buyee waiting on an action from me to continue? Or is it just taking a while for the item to reach Buyee’s warehouse? Basically I’m just worried if there is something I’m supposed to do or if I’m okay to just sit back and wait.
Sounds like it's not you, and that the seller has not shipped their item to Buyee's Warehouse yet. It could depend on the website you used Buyee for though, but I doubt the case is different.

no problem! I would say proxy services like this are best if you buy multiple items, otherwise shipping usually isn't worth it at all!
