Great video thank you , do you know the fork oil level for the mt10 please , I couldn't understand what the service manual said apart from 115 mm , just wondering if that's the air gap from the top of the oil level to the top of the fork tube

excuse me sir would be a question? if so I got a set of my old 99 R1 forks can I heat the forks up and get the shims out the same way you did?? sorry to be daft and ask if ok thanks very much, sorry bushes I meant haha

Do you polish using sand paper on the inner tube if it have pitted marks?
