Those are tigger tough seat covers?great vid
I believe so, that's correct on the seat covers. They handle abrasion well. I didn't install it but they're pretty easy to install.
I've never seen such unique Whelen kit for a car. Unfortunately this car seems to have a bunch of cheap lighting. Is that a Whelen responder bar in a 48" configuration. And what's in the deck, Inner Edge RTX?
RCMP gets unique stuff made for them.

I don't believe a HEMI and AWD is not available to the public
