Hey , This is a simple tutorial to how to repair or fix broken earphone/headphone at home easily without soldering.
Easily you can remove enamel wire.
These are my old UBON earphones.
And they are realy working well , just like brand new one

Material Used - Cutter, scissors , Tape , Lighter , match stick, electric/clear (any) , and a broken earphone.

I need your help plz there is no blue wire in my headphone only green, golden n red is available.(2 golden ,1 blue and 1 red wire is in the plug side and 1green,1 golden is in one side of my headphone and same as 1 green and 1 golden in another side of my headphone) plz guide me no blue wire is available in any side of my headphone

The most useful tip here is to burn off the enamel with a flame. That worked really well! I had little luck getting a good connection on my tiny wires with just twisting though; but light tinning with solder on each solves that problem. My favorite headphones are working great again!

!!!! this actually worked so well, now i can finally stop spending dollars upon dollars and buying new earphones! although i did a mistake by not connecting the blue wires as well and now only one works (massive improvement from both not working though)

Sammit Bhoi....bhai you destroyed the microphone....now u can listen to others but others cant listen to you. Do not cut the red wire.

Bro ...there is no yellow wire in my headset there are 2 blue and green wires in my ear bud wires and blue ,green,red and orange wires from the jack....please explain the procedure
