Gladiators kit is perfectly aligned with his character in the comics. His strength, durability, and abilities rely on his confidence and mental state. If he feels unsure or not confident in himself he will become weaker. And vise versa. Hence the 50% above or 50% below in his abilities.
Dont forget, Gorr's a symbiote, so he'll get speed bar if you pair him with carnage, totally see a world where he replaces venom on hivemind. My boy ultimus is back and ready to start dropping Black Knights, just took him to 100 and 18 to prep. If im understanding right, he should get 30% speed bar on spawn against a pretaunt and then just pop them, giving speed to the rest of the team. He should have some interesting ramifications plug and play

Why are they already releasing a counter to Mephisto in Arena when 99% of the community doesn't have him? It definitely reduces my desire to get him at this point...
So he the funny part is Gladiator will stop the mythic allies from getting expose but the enemy Gladiator will stop any speed bar gain until he drops below 50%. And Mephisto will still 100% be arena meta just with the buffs he gives on spawn and the exhaust!
I thought the blog post about new teams moving forward is that they would be more stat reliant rather than kit reliant? These kits don't sound like that at all.
They are normally pretty loose with arena teams because Scopley knows that everybody needs them at G19 with Diamonds as fast as possible to stay relevant in arena.
Pretty excited for the team. Already took Doom to G19, so looks like Ultimus will be replacing Kestrel for me. (I use Doom way more than Kestrel right now because I never built PEGASUS and he is both mystic and tech and I did not want to commit to Eternals for DD7 yet with Annihilators coming out). I know I shouldn't have, but Doom has been pretty integral to countering PEGASUS teams for me in CC. Mirror in Arena sounds pretty awful though, lol.

Welp I’m glad I didn’t upgrade black knight to 19. No question this team is beggin for get 19 all around except for surfer and maybe ultimus. I’m super grateful to the devs for using comic accurate look for Gorr. All the other marvel games used the movies adaption which is ass imo.

Illuminati in war or crucible? Illuminati outside of crucible are really bad. Annhilators will not be bad in any game mode so they will smash Illuminati in war but prob not in crucible with CB

Would love to watch you and see how the meta transpires tho!

They aren't -- Dorky misunderstood it... Mephisto applies exhausted, Gald prevents exposed.

Try low graphics mode; if that doesn't help then I'd say the phone is not capable of running the game anymore.

Gladiator doesn't counter Mephisto... On defense, Mephisto applies exhausted to enemies, not exposed.
Mephisto on defence applies expose to 2 mythic enemies as well as exhaust to everyone. It was part of his buff a few months ago!
Which is more impactful, the exhaust or exposed? I feel like the exhaust mechanic is more impactful by reducing stats by 20%?
