In the song he’s basically saying it’s been a long time since he’s made love to (Rita) since he was away in Delaware and then the love making made Cedella so naturally the song was a reflection of her birth.

Ex gf Esther Anderson in an interview on youtube mentioned that Bob told her he wrote the song She's Gone for her...and this was yrs after their fling ended. Lol. Bob’s mother is on camera talking about how lovesick Bob was over Rita whole in Delaware. She said he would leave the basement beyond work. Mrs. Cedella said that Bob told her that it was something about how Rita walked. He said she rolled when she walked. I think Bob was mostly attracted to Rita’s mind and her strength. Bob was a prophet no matter how he says that he’s not. It’s apparent he was a prophet and a visionary. No woman, No cry was for Rita as was Stir it up and many other songs. Bob loved and respected Rita although he would deny her like Peter did Jesus. (little lovely joke). I don’t think anyone ever fulfilled him the way Rita did. He was never ever going to divorce Rita. He only Rita to raise his children as he saw her more befitting. He would bring the children by other women to Rita. These children still love Rita very much still to date. They call her mama Rita and they cherish her love.

I thought the song of Nice Time was for Cedella Bob's daughter because it was her nickname for Rita I believe was the song that I think was for her was Butterfly and Is This Love but I do love this video
It was about the nice time they had that led to the creation of their first child (cedella) so they nicknamed her after her conception song

I think Bob Marley never loved any woman as passionately with all his heart like he loved Rita Marley. I know Bob did lots of things that was very painful and humiliating to Rita. No matter what Bob did He never love no one the way he loved Rita. He may have a certain kind of love for all the side kicks He had over the years including Cindy but the day He met Rita he fell in love with her and He loved her unconditionally until the day He died. Anybody who have any doubt about that look at Bob's behavior towards Rita, remove the sidekicks from his life and see what you see.
