Of course I don't get those options. It took 3 years to get my old phone number back I just received it today and and it asked me to send the verification code I put it in correctly and then it wants to send to the same email address I hit try another way and it says that I did not provide enough information to verify it was me

im having this problem now. but in the past whenever i would forget my password it used to give me the option to type an hold password that this account had=s used before. and then it would use that as proof im the owner and then allow me to reset the password. now i cant do that any more 🤦♂ google needs to do better. why the hell would it put the same email for recovery. i definitely didnt do that

I can't recive my verification code because my Gmail account was deleted long years ago and I can't take action because it said couldn't find my google account and I don't know how to recover my gmail because it was sent to the email I was trying to recover and my email is in offline mode pls help
