Go to the other passport control. You dont need passport, no one ask questions, you simply get into a bus and they drove you to a hotel in NY, where you stay for free. You also dont need job or money. If you need something, go to a shop and take what you need from shelves, then leave.

Have a lot of money and a substantial income from a job in your home country or from a business which must be run in your home country which you own. Own a house that you live in in your home country. Have not connections to the US, ie no family or friends here because if you have connections you look suspect and are likely coming here to live and work in the eyes of consulate officials and border control agents. Be a citizen or resident of Canada, or an ESTA country preferably. If you are not a citizen of an ESTA country be a citizen or resident of a country with a very low visa rejection rate like Argentina for example. If you are not a citizen or resident of such a country, again have a lot of connections to your home country that means you will return there. It is probably preferable that half of your family is staying in your home country even, for example. You may want to have a history of traveling to the EU, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, or even Mexico and returning to your home country first assuming you are not a citizen of any of those countries. Have a 100% clean criminal record of course as must everyone in your family who is going on the trip.

@@PierreAllaire they don’t access everybody’s phones, if they did, immigration would be 12 hours long. But if they did ask you to handover, and you didn’t, they’d simply refuse you entry.

What about EU Greek passport
You qualify for an ESTA assuming you have not been to Cuba, Sudan, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Iran, or Syria. If you have been to one, you must apply for a B1/B2 visa to visit the US.
