    I'm a noob on engines and i have some questions
    If the ecu can adjust the valves on how much air or fuel can be put in an cylinder and the cams controls the valves so when u remap your engine does that means u also have to change the cams?

      Looks like you asked this quite a while ago so you probably already found the answer...but just in case my answer would be not necessarily, it would really depend on what sort of tune you're going for....the stock cam profile will only allow in so much air/fuel mix and expel so much exhaust fumes at a time regardless of whatever is mapped in the ecu...that being said the reverse scenario (like a change to performance cams) would almost certainly require/call for an ecu remap.
