Yoox is nice, customer for 3 yrs, when I wear their items lots of compliments. Just don’t see a need to advertise packaging and delivery. Maybe I feel this way because buying clothes ain’t a big event for me. I been wearing designers’ wear all my life.

Hey serious question not trying to be a mean girl? I see a lot of people saying these sites are authentic with the items but no one actually covers that part in detail. Most the times people who don’t wear luxury on a normal basis can’t pick out the tiny differences to determine if it’s actually either if it just looks authentic to the eye of someone who isn’t a normal luxury buyer… how did you verify that it’s authentic ?
Yoox has been in business for a decade or more at this point. They run the same business model as Ross from my understanding. Basically purchase outdated/never sold designer items from boutiques and liquidate them online for cheap
I didn’t I have several luxury pieces and Yoox basically sales off season items… tons of luxury sales associates recommends things from this site. But I definitely get your concern…appreciate you watching.

How long did it take you to get your order? I order from them one week ago and I’m still waiting for package
I order a LOT from them and they certainly take their time, usually 2 or 3 weeks. But they have a lot of brands you rarely find anywhere else.
