He was the most developed character during the development of pizza tower, but he turned into an unused character on final release, other characters like pepperman and vigilante were also playable character, vigilante being the most complete (has no transformations) and pepperman the most unfinished and forgotten character of the development

I noticed how the noise shoots that many bullets at that speed, it's probably in older demos Peppino's shotgun shoots one bullet at a time, and the Noise's minigun in older demos shoots multiple bullets, so it must've effected the code and made it so the Noise's minigun in the final game to shoot a bullet in a millisecond.
did you know when you stun an enemy when you taunt the enemy takes it as a unstun? like you stun the enemy and then you taunt, the enemy isnt stunned anymore
The noise is using the Pepper Pizza palette even though it wasn't meant to be so this was made before Halloween Update (It fixed broken palettes and exit level softlock but the other palettes don't work except patterns)

From what we can see there's some things missing: titlecards, level unique gimmicks, theme for the tutorial, noise mix for bye bye there, pizzaface phase 3 idle and walking sprites, sprites related to bossfights, achievement portraits, (probably) noise unique Achievements, finish the noise's collectables, noise unique toppins, noise's gustavo & brick, finishing touches to the remaining clothes, finish the doise boss fight, etc....

Also noise had his OWN unused transformation which was called the washing machine mount. it is still fully functional in the full game.
