tip: if the motion blur still looks garbage, then go to your video settings and set you max framerate to unlimited because if vsync is on it will look so bad, then go to your performance in video settings and turn smooth fps on, I hope this method helps. Edit: don't forget to turn off fast render
idk why for me when i turn on motion blur. the motion blur actually makes it worse and doesnt add motion blur and it drops fps a lot. then when i use motion blur shader it looks so much smooth without fps drop. bro, i have a 60hz monitor too and i don’t have this blinking because i turned off Color Saturation and Menu Blur, cuz turning on both of those things make this blinking appear, but remember to turn both of this things and then turn off and on motion blur
the problem comes from how motion blur actually works, but basically you're just saving the previous frames in the buffer and then stacking them ontop of the current frame with a lowered alpha value, and since the inventory is a bit darker, the frames saved in the buffer are dark therefore stacking and creating an even darker image, resulting in what you see here fun :) btw Lunar just uses the built-in Minecraft motion blur, it's called phosphor.fhs it's a shader, toy around with it if you have the knowledge and or skill ;)

If you close a menu and it blinks its because of the menu blur!! Make sure ur Menu blur mod is off!!!
