Thanks raspin i downloaded the packs that i liked and i combinded their textures to make one i liked + made the first texture packs sword the right way this time
Try clicking on the file and if you see one more file alone just right click the folder and extract here then that folder will be in minecraft right click on the one that has like a zip name or something
