Yes anybody who can read and write can write simply. Oliver did so in such a way that the simplicity was immediately profound and even metaphysical. At the same time her down-to-earth nature made her writing easily sellable without her sacrificing anything of her originality. She was blessed that everything just came together for her perfectly on the page and off 👍
